What happens after you order

Questions about your delivery

When will I get my tracking number?

As soon as your order ships, usually within 1–2 business days. Check your spam folder if it hasn't arrived.

My tracking hasn't updated for a few days. Is that normal?

Yes. Parcels often go several days without a scan while they travel between sorting centres. If nothing changes for 7 days, contact us and we'll look into it.

It says delivered, but I don't have it.

Check with neighbours and around your door, and look for a delivery note in your mailbox. Still missing after 48 hours? Contact us with your order number.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
